Nine daily temperature boards across two exchanges, and the venues price different days. Polymarket's city boards settle at noon UTC and have rolled to October 10; Kalshi's Los Angeles and Miami books price Friday's high, October 9, and settle Saturday afternoon.

Los Angeles has cooled into the 70s. Kalshi's October 9 ladder leads with 78° or below at 75.5%, then 79° to 80° at 21.5%, on $60,010; Thursday's ladder led with 82° or below. 78° or below was also the busiest rung, at $15,125. Polymarket's October 10 board sits lower again: 76-77°F at 40.5%, 78-79°F at 31.5%, 74-75°F at 21%.

Tokyo is the deepest Polymarket board at $13,453, Shanghai next at $10,846. Shanghai, Tokyo and Seoul each have a single degree at 50% or more; Hong Kong, Busan and Beijing are two-way races.

Hong Kong, on $5,156, is a two-way race: 31°C at 45.5% against 30°C at 40.5%. Busan, on $4,122, is another: 27°C at 47.5%, the busier rung at $1,208, against 28°C at 43.5%.

Tokyo prices 24°C at 51.5% with 25°C at 41% and 26°C at 6.5%, on $13,453. Seoul has 23°C at 50% against 24°C at 39.5% and 25°C at 7%, on $4,798.

Shanghai, on $10,846, has 26°C at 61.5% against 25°C at 25%. Beijing is close: 27°C at 43.5% against 28°C at 40.5%, which took $1,357. Miami, Kalshi's other US book, has rolled to October 9: 90° to 91° at 66% and 88° to 89° at 22.5%, on $17,971.

Watch the Los Angeles gap. Kalshi's Friday has its weight at 78° or below, and Polymarket's Saturday centers cooler again at 76–77°F: both boards price the heat easing.

Watch the two-way races. Hong Kong, Busan and Beijing each have two degrees within five points of each other.

Watch Miami. Its October 9 book settles Saturday afternoon ET, with 90° to 91° at 66%.
